六、参赛资格与要求 / Eligibility & Requirements / Conditions Et Exigences De Participation

1. 北京国际学校中小学生及国际象棋爱好者均可报名参赛。

2. 所有参赛棋手必须代表本人当前就读学校，报名时务必如实填写代表学校全称，以便参与团体成绩排名。

3. 如发现提供虚假学校信息或冒名顶替，一经查实，将取消该棋手参赛资格及所有个人和团体成绩。

1. The tournament is open to primary and secondary school students from international schools in Beijing and all chess enthusiasts, with no restrictions on chess experience or ratings.

2. All participants must represent their currently enrolled school. The full official school name must be filled in accurately during registration, which will serve as the sole basis for team result statistics and rankings. Incomplete or incorrect school information will result in invalid registration.

3. The organizing committee will conduct eligibility verification throughout the tournament. Any falsified school information, impersonation, duplicate registration or other violations will result in immediate disqualification, cancellation of all individual and team results, forfeiture of the registration fee, and exclusion from all award selections of the tournament.

1. Les élèves du primaire et du secondaire des écoles internationales de Beijing ainsi que les amateurs d’échecs peuvent s’inscrire au tournoi.

2. Chaque joueur participant doit représenter l’établissement scolaire qu’il fréquente actuellement. Lors de l’inscription, veuillez renseigner intégralement le nom officiel de votre établissement pour le classement par équipe.

3. Toute personne fournissant de fausses informations sur son établissement ou se faisant passer pour autrui sera disqualifiée du tournoi, et tous ses résultats individuels et par équipe seront annulés une fois les faits confirmés.

七、竞赛办法 / Competition Regulations / Modalités De Compétition

1. 采用中国国际象棋协会审定的最新竞赛规则。

2. 比赛分组：本次比赛不分组。

3. 比赛用时：五轮赛制，每轮比赛每方20分钟，每步加5秒，超时判负。

1. This tournament shall be conducted in accordance with the latest competition rules approved by the Chinese Chess Association.

2. Group Setting: This is an open tournament with no separate groups by age, rating or gender. All players compete and rank uniformly.

3. System & Time Control: 5-round Swiss-system tournament with computer pairing. Each player has a base time of 20 minutes plus a 5-second increment per move. Players who exceed the time limit shall lose the game by timeout.

1. Le tournoi applique le dernier règlement officiel d’échecs validé par l’Association Chinoise des Échecs.

2. Aucune catégorie d’âge n’est mise en place pour ce tournoi.

3. Cadence de jeu : 5 rondes au total. Chaque joueur dispose de 20 minutes par ronde, avec un ajout de 5 secondes par coup ; le joueur qui dépasse le temps imparti perd la partie.

八、录取名次及奖励 / Individual Awards & Rankings / Classements Et Récompenses

比赛录取前八名，前三名颁发奖杯及奖状，4-8名颁发奖状。对参赛女选手成绩最好者颁发女子冠军奖杯及奖状。

1. The top 8 players in the open division will be ranked. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive custom trophies and honorary certificates; players ranked 4th to 8th will receive honorary certificates.

2. A special Women’s Champion award will be presented to the female player with the best overall performance. The winner will receive a dedicated trophy and certificate, which can be awarded in addition to her overall individual ranking award.

Les huit premiers du classement sont récompensés :

· Les trois premiers reçoivent une coupe et un certificat de récompense ;

Les 4ᵉ à 8ᵉ reçoivent un certificat de récompense. La meilleure joueuse féminine du tournoi recevra une coupe de championne féminine et un certificat.

九、录取名次方法 / Individual Ranking Criteria / Critères De Classement Individuel

1. 按局分排列名次，局分高者名次列前。

2. 如遇局分相等则计算对手分，对手分高者，名次列前。

3. 如仍不能区分，则依次比较中间对手分、胜局数、抽签。

1. Total game points; players with higher points rank higher.

2. In case of equal total points, the total opponent score shall be compared; players with higher opponent score rank higher.

3. If the tie remains unbroken, middle opponent score and total winning games shall be compared sequentially.

4. If all above criteria fail to break the tie, the final ranking shall be determined by on-site draw.

Critères De Classement Individuel

1. Classement par nombre de points de partie : le joueur avec le plus de points occupe le rang supérieur.

2. En cas d’égalité de points de partie, le total des points des adversaires est pris en compte ; celui dont le total des points des adversaires est plus élevé est mieux classé.

Si l’égalité persiste, on compare successivement le total des points des adversaires médians, le nombre de victoires, puis un tirage au sort pour départager.

十、校际团体奖 / Inter-School Team Awards / Récompenses Par Établissement (Classement Par Équipe)

1. 组队资格 / Team Qualification / Conditions de constitution d’équipe

同一学校（仅限棋手当前就读学校）若有3名及以上棋手成功报名，即自动组成该校代表队，获得团体成绩排名资格；不足3名棋手的学校，不计团体成绩。

A school is eligible for team ranking if no fewer than 3 registered participants from the school complete the tournament. Schools with fewer than 3 participants will not be included in the team ranking.

Un établissement scolaire (seul l’établissement fréquenté par le joueur est pris en compte) forme automatiquement une équipe éligible au classement par équipe si au moins 3 joueurs de cet établissement valident leur inscription. Les écoles avec moins de 3 participants ne figurent pas au classement par équipe.

2. 成绩计算 / Team Score Calculation / Calcul du score par équipe

取该校成绩最好的3名选手的个人最终名次，将这三个名次相加，得到团体名次分。名次分总和越小的队伍，团体名次越靠前。

For each eligible school, the rankings of its top 3 individual players will be summed up as the team total ranking score. The lower the total score, the higher the team ranking.

On retient les trois meilleurs classements individuels des joueurs de l’établissement. La somme de ces trois rangs constitue le score de l’équipe. Plus la somme est faible, meilleur est le rang de l’équipe.

3. 同分区分 / Team Tie-Breaking Rules / Départage des équipes à score égal

若两支或多支队伍的团体名次分相同，则按以下顺序依次比较，高者列前：

① 比较各队3名选手中个人最好名次；

② 若仍相同，则比较各队3名选手中个人次优名次；

③ 若仍相同，则并列处理。

In case of equal team total scores, rankings shall be decided in the following order:

1. The best individual ranking among the three team players; the team with a better top player ranking takes precedence.

2. If still tied, the second-best individual ranking of the three players shall be compared.

3. If the tie persists, the relevant teams shall share the same ranking.

Si plusieurs équipes obtiennent le même score total, on compare successivement les critères suivants (l’équipe avec le meilleur indicateur est classée devant) :

① Le meilleur rang individuel parmi les trois joueurs de l’équipe ;

② Si l’égalité subsiste, le second meilleur rang individuel des trois joueurs ;

③ Si l’égalité persiste, les équipes sont ex æquo.

4. 录取名次及奖励 / Team Awards / Classement et récompenses par équipe

团体录取前三名。团体冠军、亚军、季军将分别获得校际荣誉奖杯。

The top 3 teams will be awarded the Championship, Runner-up and Third Place honorary trophies respectively, in recognition of outstanding school chess development achievements.

Les trois premières équipes du classement par équipe sont récompensées. Les champions, vice-champions et troisièmes équipes reçoivent respectivement une coupe d’honneur de l’établissement.

十一、报名条件及报名方式 / Registration Rules / Conditions Et Modalités d’Inscription

1. 报名参赛者须同意并遵守本次比赛相关规定。

2. 报名截止日期：2026年9月30日，限额120人内，额满即止，报名不足40人比赛取消，报名费每人400元。

3. 通过微信公众号【竞智网】报名。

1. By completing registration, all participants confirm that they fully accept and agree to abide by all tournament regulations, venue disciplines and supplementary notices issued by the organizing committee, and undertake to follow the management of referees and staff.

2. Registration Period & Quota: Registration closes on September 30, 2026. The maximum number of participants is 120, on a first-come, first-served basis. If the valid registration number is less than 40 upon the deadline, the tournament will be cancelled and all registration fees will be fully refunded.Registration Fee: 400 RMB per participant.

1.  Toute personne s’inscrivant accepte et s’engage à respecter l’ensemble des dispositions du présent tournoi.

2.  Date limite d’inscription : 30 septembre 2026. Le nombre total de participants est limité à 120, les inscriptions ferment une fois le quota atteint. Le tournoi sera annulé si moins de 40 participants s’inscrivent. Les frais d’inscription s’élèvent à 400 yuans par personne.
